Every item is printed to order just for you. Here's how shipping, redos and refunds work.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to all 27 EU countries. If you need delivery somewhere else, email us and we'll check.
Delivery times
Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping then takes 2–6 business days in the US and 3–14 business days in the EU, so most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks. During the November–December holiday rush, production can take a few days longer: for Christmas, order by early December. Different products are made in different print facilities, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages. You'll get tracking by email when each package ships.
Shipping costs
- United States: free on orders over $59, otherwise $6.95.
- European Union: free on orders over €59, otherwise €6.95.
- Prices and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. EU prices include any VAT shown at checkout.
Our likeness promise
You see and approve your portrait before ordering. If it doesn't look like your pet, contact us before your order ships and we'll redo it free or refund you in full.
Damaged or misprinted items
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. There's no need to send it back.
Returns
Because each item is personalised, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. EU and UK consumers: the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply to personalised goods made to your specifications, but your legal guarantee for faulty or not-as-described items always applies.
Cancellations and changes
Email us right away. We can cancel or change an order only before it goes into production, usually within a few hours of ordering.
